REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE THE RESERVATION:

The client admits and accepts that he/ she agrees the contracting terms and general conditions that are published in this website.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

We remind you that in the process of check-in at the hotel, the DNI/Passport will be requested from all those clients over 14 years old.

The check-in day you can come to the hotel any time you want. However, rooms are cleaned from 12.00 to 16.00 so that it could be that your room would not be if you come during this period. The front desk will let you know when it is ready. The official time to leave the room the check-out day is 12.00.

We remind you that it is not possible to smoke in the rooms.

The cleaning of the rooms will be done in the morning until 14.00h.

If the customer does not leave the hotel on te fixed departure day and if there is not any agreement to extend the stay, the hotel reserves the right to make use of  the room

KIND OF ROOMS:

Single Room: it has 1 double bed. Low Cost Room: it has 1 double.

Family Room: it has 2 double beds. Superior Family Room: it has 2 double beds.Superior Twin Room and extra bed: it has two twin bed + 1 extra bed.

Superior Room: it has two beds or one double bed. Premium Room: it has one double bed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

It is considered baby from 0 to 23 months. It is considered child from 1 year until 12 years old.

Cot under availability. Price: 8€ per cot per day to be paid at the hotel. Second child must share bed with the first. Maximum 3 beds per room.

MEAL CONDITIONS:

Breakfast cold buffet 

Lunch and dinner: Menu served on table. Two courses and dessert, drinks not included.

Half Board consists on dinner and breakfast. 

Full board consists on dinner, breakfast and lunch. 

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

APRIL TO OCTOBER:

When making the reservation, Hotel Castilla Alicante will charge 25% of the total amount of the reservation as advanced payment. If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before the check-in date, the hotel will refund the prepayment. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or if you do not come to the hotel, the prepayment will not be refunded.

REST OF THE YEAR:

No prepayment will be requested when making the reservation, although a credit card number could be demanded in order to guarantee the reservation. After receiving your booking confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards anytime prior to arrival. If you cancel the reservation with less than 24 hours before the check-in date, first night will be charge as penalty.

FLEXIBLE ROOM 14 DAYS:

When making the reservation Hotel Castilla Alicante will charge for the first night.

If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date, the hotel will refund the prepayment. If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or if you do not come to the hotel, the prepayment will not be refunded.

WHEN AN UNEXPECTED DEPARTURE OCCURS BEFORE THE FINALIZATION OF THE CONTRACTED STAY. The Hotel will additionally invoice at least the two subsequent nights in the contracted regime (as a penalty and cancellation expenses), being able to proceed with the return of the remaining nights not enjoyed, as long as there is an accreditation by the client as force majeure. Medical cause exclusively (hospital admission or death of direct family member of 1st grade).
